All prices in US dollars and exclusive of VAT. VAT is added separately at the rate that applies where you are established.

Moving between plans is a conversation with a person today — there is no self-serve checkout yet. That is the honest state of it, and you should hear it here rather than discover it at renewal.

An event, not a tier

for one winter season, then you move to a Season plan

The first 5 contractors to upload 3 sorties take the places — first come, first served.

  • Up to 10 vehicles for you, 50 across the whole programme
  • Unlimited sorties — there is no report cap, at any point in the season

  • Automatic renewal — the end date is the point of the agreement
  • Verification links — pilot reports are complete and yours to read, but carry no public link a commune can check

Your pilot runs for one winter season and then ends on a date you know from the day you sign. At that point you move to the Season plan that fits your fleet. Your existing reports stay available, and any verification link already issued keeps working.

We are not quoting anything beyond the pilot window yet. When retention becomes your obligation rather than your contractor's, that is a conversation to have properly — not a price to invent here.

The band applies to your whole fleet — it is not cascaded across the tiers.

Your band is fixed at the start of the season from the vehicles you activate, and is not recomputed mid-season.

Verifiable sortie

For a vehicle that is not on a Season plan — if it is, that vehicle's verification links are already included and this price never reaches you. It is set against the invoice line it defends, not against the day of storage behind it. 3 sorties on the same vehicle already cost more than that vehicle's whole season, so if you plow every week, buy the season.

Platform fee

You pay per vehicle or per verifiable sortie. There is no central licence, no seat charge and no minimum. It is the first line a public buyer questions, so we do not have one.

Published discounts, never negotiated

Cumulative, capped at −25%. Onboarding is never discounted. The October discount is an operational problem solved rather than a concession — nobody can be onboarded in November.

The parts that prevent an argument later

  • Verification links are the boundary between free and paid, not a meter inside the paid plan. Free and Pilot reports carry none; a Season plan issues one for every sortie from every vehicle you pay for, with no count.
  • A verification link shows what we recorded, not the document you hold — compare the two. The check runs on our own records, with a key only we hold. It does not establish that those records could not be changed by someone with write access to our systems, and it makes no claim about work performed on any road.
  • A vehicle added mid-season is pro-rated over the months remaining. One removed is not credited.
  • A quote is valid for 30 days.
  • Quotas are checked when a vehicle is activated and when a verification link is issued — never at ingest. What that check asks is whether the vehicle is on a plan, not how many links you have already used. A quota that dropped telemetry would corrupt the record you are paying for.
  • Nothing is deleted at a plan boundary, and no verification link already issued stops working. The product's whole purpose is durable evidence; destroying it at a billing line would be self-defeating.
  • Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added separately at the rate that applies where you are established.
  • We sell no hardware. Trackers, SIMs, vehicle installation, custom development and ERP integration sit outside every price here — we ship a documented export, not an integration.
  • Verifiable sorties bought one at a time during the season are credited against the season fee on your first season invoice, up to that fee's value. They do not reduce the onboarding line, which is never discounted, and they are not refunded as cash.
  • A re-run of the same day refines the same sortie rather than creating a new one — you are never charged for it twice.

Not sure which line you are on?

Send one day of last winter's GPS. You get the report back within 48 hours, and the plan question mostly answers itself once you have seen what comes out.
